Bhavna Arora, the girl
who threw ink on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, while he was
addressing “thanksgiving” rally after successful culmination of Odd-Even
scheme, alleged a “big CNG scam” behind Odd-Even scheme.
“The odd-even rule was positive, but behind that there is a big CNG
Scam, of which I had a sting. To expose the CNG scam, I tried to meet
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and transport minister Gopal Rai
but they never agreed.” Bhavna told ABP News.
“Government authorised centers in Delhi gave CNG certificates on
motorcycle’s number. I did a sting on it. I went to two such centers,
both centers approved CNG certificates on motorcycle’s number. If this
is what they did, they might have also given CNG certificates to
vehicles running on diesel and petrol,”
she said.
“It takes around one hour to test a cylinder but centers did the testing within 10 minutes. I did this sting two months ago,” she added.

Reacting to this AAP leader Alka Lamba said If Bhavna has done a
sting then let her provide that CD to media, if she is truthful.
“I appreciate if she is fighting against corruption. Bhavna can meet
me, produce proofs that support her claims of CNG scam in Delhi. We will
look into it,” AAP MLA said.
Bhavna Arora appeared in Rohini court today. She was sent to one-day police custody.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and the Aam Aadmi Party accused the BJP and Delhi Police of conspiring to attack Kejriwal.
Alleging that the ink attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal
was scripted by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with the help of Delhi
Police, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Sunday said the “Saffron
Party can even get Kejriwal murdered”.
“The whole incident was scripted by the BJP with the help of the
Delhi Police. The BJP can even get the Chief Minister murdered,”
he said.
